Quotes provided through the Site, by text, or by phone are estimates and may be adjusted based on an on-site assessment of the surfaces to be restored.

American Grout and Tile offers customers the option to communicate with us and receive service-related and promotional messages via SMS text message. By opting in through our website form or by texting us directly, you agree to the following terms:

Payment is due upon satisfactory completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quoted prices are based on the information and photos provided at the time of the quote; additional charges may apply if the scope of work materially differs on site (for example, undisclosed damage or conditions not visible in photos).
6. Warranty, Satisfaction & Limitation of Liability
Shower and wet-area restoration work includes a 2-year leak protection warranty as described at the time of service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Grout and Tile's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from a customer's failure to disclose known surface defects prior to service, or from failure to follow provided care instructions.
7. Website Use
Content on this Site, including text, photos, and graphics, is the property of American Grout and Tile and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate but do not guarantee that all content is free of errors.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cherokee County, Georgia.
